    meant. its ALLOT harder to bulk over 12-20 weeks than it is to diet over 12-20 weeks.
    Whenever I diet and start to complain, I just remember the massive amounts of oatmeal/protein/brown rice etc it takes to gain the weight. Bleh.

    i can't seem to go an entire 7 day stretch without cheating and having a candy bar or something.


    Lastnight I was thinking ok, this week.. I got it


    Im 177 and I need to be at 161 in 2 months

    I have NO idea how im going to do it

    It's hard to be really strict. Allow yourself one cheat meal a week or one cheat day.

    i started it and my foot got messed up, it's cool now.. im going to be running 2 miles a day, doing crossfit 3 times a week and jiujitsu 5 days a week.. im hoping it'll do the trick we'll see

    i dont take any supplements or anything

    is there any pill I can take that will help this cycle? Something that can turn the part of my brain that wants shitty food off for a while

    print a picture of your fat ass without a shirt on and put it on every box of junkfood in your house. Also keep a picture in your car so you can look at it as you drive by mcdonalds.
