Jeremy's m1t cycle log

    Weight: 175 lbs


    9-10 am - 5 mg M1T, 1 scoop l-arganine, 1 scoop CEE, 1 multivit
    - 1/2 cup oatmeal sweetened with splenda
    - 1 protein shake

    10:30 am - Back/bicep workout (day 1 of push/pull split)
    workout was decent, weights felt heavy, but I was able to progress to higher weights than last week

    12 pm - 2 cups of rice, 2 chicken breasts

    2 pm - 2 cups of rice, 2 chicken breasts

    4 pm - 5 mg M1T, 1 scopp CEE

    6-10 pm - 3 chicken sandwiches consumed over various breaks at work

    11 pm - 2 slices of multigrain toast with low fat chive and onion cream cheese, 2 scoops of cottage cheese, 1 tbs peanut butter


    Total: ~3400 calories. I gotta eat more :wtc:

    You really should be eating at least 1500 cals more a day, I eat 4200 or so on a very clean bulk and I don't have that much weight on you. Go dirty and eat everything in sight with protein in it.

    Not sure its all that necessary really. I was planning on just using sesamin to keep my liver from being overly stressed, but have some 6-oxo on standby.

    Weight: 178 lbs (gain assumed to be water from creatine)

    9 am - 5 mg M1T, 1 scoop l-arganine, 1 scoop CEE, 1 multivit
    9:30 am - protein shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    12:00 pm - rice and general tso flavored chicken (I love it when my gf cooks)
    1:30 pm - steak w/ some spicy wing sauce

    3-6 pm - 3 chicken sandwiches at work, 5mg M1T taken at 5:30

    9:30 pm - beef & cheese tortellin pasta salad

    10:30 pm - 2 slices of multigrain wheat toast w/cream cheese


    total: ~4000 calories, still not quite enough


    No workout today because of work schedule. Tomorrow will be legs.

    I dunno, I always heard good thing about M1T. I did a short cycle over a year ago and had some pretty decent gains.

    Other then methylated tren, it may be the most heptatotoxic oral out there. It is also incredibly strong, so good job on the no PCT bit.

    yeah dont even worry about the 6-oxo if you have sesamin

    sesamin is a great pct i've used it for 10 pct!

    jesus man, do some fuckin research. your body is going to be FUCKED if you come off an m1t cycle with no pct. your test will be incredibly low and your blood profiles will be terrible
