Aside from his no feedback of course (i can go see it in person)..

What should i offer for an outright sale? Any common problems to keep an eye out for? Advice in general when looking for something similar? The AC isn't really an issue as i have other cars to use in the hottest weather.

i know dick about offroading, but for what "trails" i know are used around here, this thing would probably hang just fine. Could be fun to try. :eek3:

Looks good. 139k miles isn't too much for the 4.0L. They're usually good for 200k.

Looks decent, that 4.0 is a very durable motor so I wouldn't be concerned about the mileage either.

I'd pay at least $2800. I don't know about the lift but it looks more like a 3" lift...that's just by looking at the pixs. My RE 4.5" lift is way higher than the pixs. The mileage is good. Test drive that bad boy out and make sure to have it fully checked out. JMHO.
