    :rofl: at all of you thinking max weight means dick when building muscle and tissue in his world. Jay still doesnt do more then 405 for 6 or so now even though he can. Hes smart and trains just enough to stimulate growth, keep symmetry and remain injury free. Notice hes MR O now and has zero injuries or tears yet. Training smart has given him longevity abd healty joints after training for 15 years+ still. Idiots


    Hes not even that big(for jay anyway) in that photo, and his pecs are still not even developed fully. 225 for 10 is more then 99% of this forum can squat lol

    I learned that a few weeks ago. Switched my routine a lot. Not maxing nearly as often as I used to.

    And I did 225x20 the other day squatting. Easy as fuck but I ran out of gas. So :fawk:

    I would still think that 225 at his size even for 10 super-strict reps would be on the light side. No?

    not really...esp incline. Got to remember hes 19 and also jays always pre exhausted with flys ever since i have known him, he also is most likley talking pre contest too when hes not training as heavy. I have trained with him right around that show actually and he was doing 315-365 in off season mode from time to time.

    to exhaust the pecs right away and get blood into them before you bench which is more shoulder and tri then anything..he trys to stimulate the area before pressing...
