I posted this over in the webmasters area and I was referred to yall...I hope someone can help me out...here's my post from over there.

In a class I'm taking I need to build a web based page to do some unit conversions. I thought I had it, but I can't get the first one to work and I can't figure out why, everything looks ok...at least to me but this is the first time I've done anything like this. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. Here's the code that I have.

The inches & meters work fine for me but when I do anything with the miles & km it wants to use the inches & meters form...I'm thinking I missed something really simple but I just don't see it.

You have two functions named "convert". Rename one of them and then change your buttons' onclick values appropriately.
