Starting today going with a routine Moses thought up, will adjust as time goes on and switch up. Day 1 chest day: Bench, DB fly, Incline bench, Sit ups then low cardio for 20 minutes. Core worked everyday. Warm up with 10, start with 10x75%max, 5x85%, 5x85%, 3x95%, 3x95% and i'm usually at failure by then. Weight # will be added when I figure out what I can do.
