    Starting today going with a routine Moses thought up, will adjust as time goes on and switch up.

    Day 1 chest day: Bench, DB fly, Incline bench, Sit ups then low cardio for 20 minutes.

    Core worked everyday.

    Warm up with 10, start with 10x75%max, 5x85%, 5x85%, 3x95%, 3x95% and i'm usually at failure by then.

    Weight # will be added when I figure out what I can do.

    what kind of routine are you following? DB military is primarily a shoulder isolation movement.


    If I was you I'd be following something like PurEvls routine stickied on the main page. Volume, proper form, and nutrition/recovery are the most important things for a beginner lifter.

    Well as I said, these will be changed as time goes on. Just did my first day and fuck me my upper body is beat. I'm just tired. That's what no gym in 2 years will do to you :hs:.

    Picked up some ON Whey too :wiggle:

    37.2lbs - 10x2
    42.2lbs - 8x2
    47.2lbs - 8x2
    52.2lbs - 5x2

    57.2lbs - 3x2

    I over killed it :rofl: I was trying to see what my DB Bench was like and I did all that. Then came time for the Flys.

    27.2lbs - 10x2
    32.2lbs - 10x2
    37.2lbs - 8x2
    42.2lbs - 5x2

    And I proceeded to die right after this :o. But like a champ I pushed on into the Inclined DB's.

    32.2lbs - 8x2
    37.2lbs - 5x2
    42.2lbs - 5x2

    And I cried myself into the fetal position as I realized 2 years of no gym really fucken sucks :hs:

    Have you done anything other than chest work yet? Not being snippy, seriously asking :)

    Guess it helps to post the rest of my shit :o

    day 1 chest day: bench, db fly, incline bench then swiss ball sit ups then low cardio for 10-20 minutes

    day 3 leg day: squats, GM's, Romanian Deadlifts, lunges, calf raises then low cardio for 10-20

    day 5 back/arms: Shrugs, bent over rows, pull ups/downs, standard deadlift, curls, tri ext and then cardio again

    I'll finalize each before going. Just tossing these together at the last minute maken tweaks and if their good I'll use it.

    I will be updateing this hopefully in a week. Have had a killer throat infection :mad: :wtc:
