    This is my log, you won't see anything impressive in hear, or get any great insight into lifting, I pretty much don't know anything. I lifted one summer when I was 16 and that was it, so what you see here is the product of having my only exercise ever be hockey, team workouts(running) and the occasional run. Im not looking to be a bodybuilder, or a powerlifter, I just want to be healthier and stronger, both because ive gotten a little chubby and because it will help my hockey performance. Any advice would be appreciated.


    Day 1 (3/8/10)

    5'10'' 187

    leg day (went light to ease back into lifting)
    squat -160 lbs
    4x10

    leg extensions - 70 lb on machine
    3x10

    leg curls - forgot to look at number
    3x10

    abs- sit ups/crunches

    Diet 3/8/10

    I pretty much eat whatever I want, cutting out candy and stuff like that, but keep it under control and lower my portions. I am keeping my calories under 2000 a day, got to lose that fat first(top priority, its beach season)

    ok, this has always pissed me off about my chest workouts, once I do my bench my arms are so fatigued that I can barely get through my other exercises, and I don't feel like they are helping me.
