So what do you guys use? I rarely use office out of work but I still like to have something 'related' installed. I've used iWork a little but I'm still not sure if I prefer it over Office. Since I know Office it's hard to choose iWork over it. Though I'm not sure if there are any real compatibility issues when using documents in iWork and Office.

What do you guys prefer overall. Or do you mix?

Speed has never been a concern of mine with any office type product. I've never thought "Word isn't running fast enough for me."

iwork makes stuff look way cooler... easier page layouts, better presentatons...
but office is the standard, you'll never get around that...

if i'm doing regular office paperwork and such, I'll use office, if I'm doing a one off presentation or proposal, I'll use keynote.

I use iWork for the most part other then when I receive a document in Office format and just have to open it and do whatever.

I have both versions legally and don't touch Office. I prefer iWork because of the ease of use and the possibilities it provides.

iwork is easier and prettier. Also I feel a little more customizable. The only problem I have had with iwork is inability to make labels and port things like you can in Word from excel.

I use Office because the compatibility just between the years is horrible. I don't want to use a completely different program outside the standard at this point.

But if I don't plan on sharing, I try to use iWork more.

iWork collaboration between iWork apps, and integration with other programs (iPhoto, iMovie, iTunes, Address Book, Mail, etc...) makes me use it over Microsoft Office.
