This is bit of an odd question, but I'm just curious what you guys do.

When you wear your IWB holster, do you guys wear a looser pair of pants? I wear a 34w and most my pants are a little loose and snug. Some pants looser than others just because of quality and type of pants. But I would feel wearing an IWB holster would be too snug or tight. I've put just my gun in my waist band before just to see how it fit and it was snug. But if I was to wear it with the holster, it'd be tighter I'm sure. So I'm just curious what you guys do to get a nice snug fit but not too tight. Whats comfortable for you guys?

Typically I'd wear pants with a size 33 waist if I can find them, but I've been buying 34s since I started carrying.

I like it to be pretty snug, if my pants are too lose, they wrinkle up and kinda look funny, plus it's not that comfortable. With IWB, I usually pull my belt a little tighter than normal. Generally 1 size bigger.

i carry my gun in the back of my pants with an IWB holster

if i were to carry it on the side i'd need larger pants
but my gun fits in the crack of my ass and my pants are snug.

well since OT has gone to shit and i have to sub just to IL you, i have to listen to you.

it was a serious question, most people keep their IWB holsters on their strong side. having it way in the back seems asinine to me. if you don't see how that would be an issue, i guess you're flash gordon and you're the quickest draw in the west.

but for the rest of us normal people, i would think that having it on your strong side would be the best place to keep it.
