Can anyone recommend a IWB holster for my glock 26? It will be a daily carry holster. Clips preferred, but i will look at loops as well. Any sites to reccomend?

While where at it, any place to buy ammo in bulk online? no walmarts in the area that sell ammo. Looking for 9mm practice ammo.

For a carry holster, you want something nice, not cheap.

 nice enough, and at a $10 price tag it's near perfection.

fits perfectly at my 4:00, clips on the pants with one clip, stays put, holds the gun, easy to draw. I see no problems

I have one for a 1911 and one for a G19. I really like them.

    FYI, I do won a C-TAC and it's a piece of shit.

You keep saying that about the CTAC and every time I ask you why the question goes unanswered... Does it not fit your body? Where are you trying to carry it on your waist line?

Just ordered a CTAC. If PT hates it, it must be an excellent holster.

Have you had a "real" holster before? One that keeps the gun from slipping too low in the holster, has some cant on it, and maybe even helps tuck the butt of the gun in to you? To me they're all the difference between comfort and concealability and looking like I have a brick under my shirt.

Personally my favorite holster maker is Lou Alessi, but you can also get top notch leather from Milt Sparks, and Tucker. If you want plastic comp-tac is the company, I'm kinda cold on plastic though personally. I think something like the alessi pch would be perfect http://www.1911forum.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1063587

I support any company whose name sounds like 'fisting.'

Plus they make damn good holsters.

A holster should not move around like it does.

Don Hume H715 clip on IWB holster from gunnersalley.com The clip is very strong, and the outer band has a metal strip in it to help keep the mouth of the holster open for easier reholstering. They are fantastic holsters, and you can't beat the quality for the price.

    :werd:

Mine took about 3 :wtc: I am really happy with Comp-Tac for now. I might pick up an Alessi DOJ for dress carry though :dunno:

I need to stop buying guns. Holsters, mags, ammo, training...shit gets expensive :run:

Does that metal band make it any thicker? I understand it's there to help reholster, but thin is in for IWB.

No, it's not the least bit noticable when you are wearing it.

Same for the Sparks stuff with the metal liner. It adds no noticeable size or thickness to that leather wrap, and probably decreases the thickness of the leather wrap, since the leather doesn't have to be as thick to support the opening of the holster.
