I've been lurking on F&N since early December when I decided to make a lifestyle change.

Other than reading a few books on weight lifting, I learned everything I needed from the F&N stickies

In the 12-8-08 pic I was 248 lbs, in the 4-11-09 pic, I'm 194 lbs. I'm far from the end, but seeing the results is pretty cool.

BF% went from 31.1% to 19.4% as well...

agree with this guy... if you lose more weight it'll be harder to gain muscle. and you'll lose fat in the process of bulking up.

I've been lifting hard the whole time I've been losing weight... my strength has gone up a ton... but still don't have any muscle development in my upper body to speak of (due to the calorie deficit I've been at the whole time presumably)

I'd like to bulk at some point... but I'm still trying to drop a little more. I'm 194 lbs at 5'9"...

My goals were health, motocross riding stamina, and athletic performance... mainly basketball.
