    223lbs -> 208lbs

    trying to get under 200 before school starts, could be difficult

    if you take progress pictures of yourself it makes it super easy to really see what youve done....the process is slow so it might not seem like youve changed all that much when in reality you have

    I think so. Some of my t-shirts that were tight before are a little more comfortable and it used to be a tight fit at the belt hole I use when wearing jeans, now its looser.

    I'm down 15-20lbs on my cut so far and i don't really notice a difference in my appearance, but other people have commented. What i've really noticed has been clothing. I have a pair of jeans that were uncomfortably tight when i started this cut, now i need a belt to hold em up. Most of my pants fall off of me even with a belt, and some of my boxer shorts are too loose now.

    see :hug: keep with it.

    I find it's easier for me to cut if I have someone that does it with me. That way we can motivate each other and keep each other in line.

    I actually haven't had a problem with motivation really. I enjoy going to the gym now. Especially because this has been such a boring summer. Now when I get back to school is another story. I'll have to keep at it and keep eating well, which will be much more difficult there.

    :werd: 15 pounds in a significant amount of weight, if you check older pictures you will definitely see a difference
