    I can't even stand up...

    Deadlifts

    135x10
    185x1

    my workout ended right there...:wtc::wtc::wtc::wtc:

    i cant even stand up...:wtc::wtc::wtc:

    152lbs...yeah 135 was a breeze...but i dont think i shouldve jumped all the way to 185...:ugh2:

    kept my back straight...and just bent over making sure upper torso was still erect and not bending over...as if i were trying to pick something up...

    keep working on it. Make sure the bar is really close to your shins and you're keeping your back straight/arched.

    If 185 is actually hard, then you should maybe move the weight up in smaller increments. If it's not that hard then I don't think there's any problem with it.
