I've just hit a new low...

    I started this month at 160lb 10.3% BF
    I'm currently at 150 9.2% BF


    According to fit day, I've eaten an average of 3200 cals and 1.3g/lb of protein. The real numbers are probably higher since I don't record everything I eat. I had been able to at least maintain and gain a little eating that same amount for the longest time, so this sudden weight drop out of no where just isn't making any sense. My strength seems to be increasing though. Maybe I should just stop tracking my weight since it just seems to be completly random lately :hsd:

    now thats weird, do you trust your scales?

    The scale should be at least consistant... I'm only using one scale

    eh, the scale in my gym gave me some crazy reading like that one day.... the next time i was in the gym it was gone.
