Do 4 sets of 12 reps. Use as much weight as you can.
Come back when you can do it with 200lbs.

7 minute abs, you can keep the extra minute
just run the vid twice and don't rest between - i tried once and almost died
I guess if he aces that, he can try 24 minute abs.

yep my abs are rock hard baby baby
my ribs hurt this morning. i think its because my abs got too big and they outgrew my diaphram
