in the last 48 hours, i have bought a rock river arms, 24" stainless steel upper with bolt and carrier:

and a rock river arms M4 upper with removable carry handle with bolt and carrier:

i'm out of control:noes: but this means i'm on my way to having all 3 kinds of AR15s that I want, 20" A2 (already have), an accurate match rifle for F-class competitions (on the way), and a short range M4gery (on the way). That's 900 dollars gone bye bye:wavey: now i just need to make some lowers.

do they really sell auto conversions? obviously it is less than legal, but do they tag on some sort of "novelty use only" type line and attempt to sell them as parts or whatever?

no, you couldn't pull a brass knuckle-like thing and sell it as a belt buckle. it'd still land you in pound-me-in-the-ass prison. of course you can make them fully auto, but not legally.

Please, you're still in the incubation period.

When you've got 6 ARs, 2 Black AKs, a Black Rem700 AICS, and 4 Glocks, you can come talk to me about BRD.

Pistols obviously, but I include them when talking about BRD. It's like another symptom.

Federal isn't pound me in the ass prison. That is state prison. In most combat situations I would rather have the higher tolerance of the AK but from a technical standpoint the AR is a better gun.
