    and I need recommendations.

Item one is a good pocket flashlight.

Item two is a tuckable IWB holster for a 3" 1911.

    WMD have any input?

Back to the homebrew I go.

Battery is not a real issue for me, having something rechargable would be nice but not required.

well the one i linked to will take a 16340 rechargeable but I use regular lithium cells in it. my weapon lights take 123s so I use this light as a way to make sure i'm cycling them out. When this utility flashlight runs dead, I take the batteries out of a weapon light. The flashlight get those and the gun light gets new cells.

Kind of opposite, but similar, for me. My weaponlights both use 3.6V rechargeables, to run that stupid bright Cree drop-in. Regular 123s will still drive them, but not as high. So each weapon has spare new 123s on it.

My carry light is a Fenix P2D, multi mode. Essentially like the one you posted. Usually it runs with a rechargeable 123, but it and the Nuwai Q3 both will eat dying 123s.
