    or special shoes?

I didn't notice until last week that I have flat feet. Almost my entire foot touch the ground when I am standing and my ankles are turned slightly inward. I'm afraid this is causing extra strain when I squat, shrug, dead, basically anything standing. Anybody else have flat feet?

I have flat feet and mine hurt when doing anything on my feet for too long. So I went to my orthopedist and he made me some orthodics, and my feet have never felt better.:wiggle:

Well I don't have any problems either, I didn't even realize until recently that I had flat feet. I was wondering if there might be some gradual long term damage where I should get insoles to avoid.
