    Basic Pur Evl training program in regards to the exercises that are stickied up on the main .. with days off here and thurrr ..



    Training Log:
    June '09

    Sat

    breakfast:
    2 egg whites
    Some red meat
    some baked potato

    30g Protein shake pre-workout

    *light circuit* maybe
    Back/Traps/Calves
    light weight

    Monday -> full week begins

    Scale: 151.5
    ~10-11%

    10 min elliptical cardio warm up

    Chest:
    Dumb bell flat bench 3 sets w/ 15 rep warm up 35-45-55-60
    Smith Incline 3 sets 50/100/150
    Fly 3 sets 50/70/90
    Pec Deck 4 sets 40/50/60/40


    30g protein pre-workout
    30g protein post-workout

    Weight: 155.5
