dont just lose the weight then go back to being fat, make it a lifestyle change...once you get the weight off you can be more linient with your diet tho...

Good job. After you hit 140 do you have any other fitness related goals? (not necessarily losing weight but perhaps running x miles in x:xx time? or doing the bench or squat with xxx weight?)
huh? It was never really bad. I'm not sure what you mean.
I'm not currently in a relationship with anyone to report on this.
To finally do a full marathon. I'm training for my 3rd half marathon.
I'd usually train with the full marathon group and somehow beat myself up mentally and just do the half marathons.
I hope to take off some time when I do the half marathon in January for sure. I currently have 2 times. My first time I completed a half marathon was better than last years time. Soooo this year I will have to smash my time from 2yrs ago.
As far as weights go I haven't been too competitive with myself as much on that just yet. I'll mostly start intensive weight training during the off season. (Feb-June). I still lift, but in moderation since I've been training. It has certainly helped and I can certainly tell the difference in performance. I'm a lot stronger when doing negative splits..etc and I'm a true believe in finishing strong.
Awesome girl! Just awesome! I've been keeping tabs on your progression and all I can say is . You definitly decided to make a healthy lifestyle change for yourself....but don't get too small, cause you cheaks are mighty cute!

I'll be staying in Philly with some friends Thurs-Fri (friday night hanging with the Philly crew)and then we're off to Manhattan Saturday (wanting to have some type of dinner or something) and part of Sunday and then back to Philly and I fly out on Monday.
