I've gone from Max-OT to Hypertrophy 2.0 to Modified 5x5

    I'm skinny at around 6'0 tall 175 lbs I've been working out for a little over a year. Should I try to start another pre-made workout, go back to one I've already done, or venture out and make my own?

    he's trying to say that the lacking part of your training, especially for over a year of it, is the diet, not the routine...any of those routines will work fine

    if that makes sense

    I'm not asking if there is something wrong with the routine, I'm asking for a new one.
