I'm not eating differently at ALL. In fact I'm eating healthier, wtf is going on!!!! For a little while I was working out pretty much everyday, I didn't lose any weight at all, but I did look a little bit more tone. Now I'm working two jobs so I have no time. (nine to five and then seven to eleven on weekdays and usually have family stuff or more work on weekends) So I'm thinking its because I have completely stopped working out for the last two months. I would think that I would go back to my original body, but instead I'm heavier and more gross looking! :wtc:

    what should I do?

You didn't lose weight when you were working out.. because you built new muscle when you were ditching the fat. Zero weight change, but like you said... you looked more toned.

Now you're gaining back the fat on top of your new "higher" weight (added muscle). You eat like you used to and not work out, you're gonna be around the same BF as you were before... so even heavier.

but why do i look bigger than i did before i started working out if I'm gaining fat on top of the muscle? It seems like I have entirely more fat
