Time to stuff yourself full of celery, you practically burn more calories chewing on it than it even has.
My 'snack' is that 1/2 cup of no fat cottage cheese, 2 scoops of ON, and this half full bottle of Gatoraid that has water in it.
I haven't had one of those eggs since I was 10 or so.
I just had 4 costco chocolate chip cookies and a big glass of milk.
probably because carrots are loaded with natural sugars. thats why youre still hungry
When I was on weight gainer (full of sugar) I would only get hungrier right after my body would be done processing that shiznit.
That just made me throw up a little in my mouth. Fuck I hate carrots.

Nasty starchy orange vegetables, carrotses. I'd avoid em if you're cutting. Spinach and broccoli

There is such a thing as taking a diet to far.
if you're still hungry its because you might need to eat some protein with your baby carrots, how about 3 oz of lean protein, your choice?
I dont know how you can stomach that much... last time I ate 2lb of carrots I felt like throwing up for hours. Now I just eat at most 1lb at a time.

Carrots are not that healthy...
You know on the main page this comes out as saying "I've eaten 2 pounds of baby"
Carrots, peas, beets, etc are not optimal when you're cutting; too much starch. I didn't say avoid them on a maintenance/bulking diet, but the original poster gave me the impression he was trying to lose weight.
Unless your training for a show, these things mean nothing to a typical person cutting.
If you're on any sort of a CKD, TKD, PSMF, or other sort of low-carb diet, yes they do. I'm not saying everyone does better on that sort of a regime; but there is definitely a time and a place to watch your starches.
Notice I said typical. Im talking about the people who just want to lose weight, and have a healthier lifestyle.
