I *feel* like I exert a lot more energy throughout the day so how do you guys think I should be eating?

Typically I have some form of complex carbs + protein shake in the morning then a few hours later I have another 2 scoops of whey.

Lunch is usually chicken, green beans, brown rice then I have another 2 scoops in the afternoon and dinner depends on how much I feel like cooking :o

I guess what I'm wondering is, should I be eating more carbs through the day? I almost never have the energy to lift by the time I get off work anymore so I've been lifting maybe once or twice a week for the last 3 monthes :hs:

    Anyone else work construction?

    IN,

a good sized breakfast, plenty of carbs, and good stims before a workout work best for me. and plenty of sleep.

Yeah, we had a roach coach that woyuld come by, I only did it for one summer, and would not want to do it for the rest of my life, I love working with my hands, but it definitely made me realize how valuable a degree was, not to mention ever day I would come home I was fucking exhausted.

Well what you should be eating depends on what your goals are. I read the post but I didn't see if you mentioned bulk/cut/maintenence.

Well to be perfectly honest I've been in a huge slump since Dec.

I injured my wrist boxing in march and haven't been going heavy since. That was about the time I also started this job and stopped working out regularly.

I haven't made any gains in strength and I've only lost about 10lbs since and have been sitting at the same weight for about 6wks now.

Basically, I haven't been making any gains because I've been so damn tired from work that I haven't been working out. I'm looking to adjust my diet so I can maintain energy all day and still have some for lifting at night.

You may just have to deal with the lack of energy, try EC before lifting only.

best place to buy E is CVS. Go into the cough medicine area and buy "bronkaid." It's 25mg of E and 400mg of Guifenisen (a mucus loosener). It's $6 for 24 pills. Don't be afraid of the guifenisen it won't effect you at all. You'll need to show your license to buy it.

And ASIT is ass shot in a thong. :o

Everyone reacts differently. I took some EC and 45 minutes later I was yawning and my mother was like "why are you tired?"

I could pop it and go to bed. But my last dose is about 6pm and I usually go to bed at 11.

I lost alot of fat working physical labour last summer and restricting carbs, but you need to take a week off here and there otherwise your body starts telling you no.
