I've been up all night studying; bad idea to hit up the gym?

    I might let myself sleep for 2-3 hours. After that I want to stop by the gym before I study more at school. I've been itching to do legs :o

    Instead of working out, spend that time sleeping.

    You are going to be dragging ass at the gym, and working out is pointless if your body is not seeing sufficient sleep. Just go home, eat a nice meal and get a couple extra hours of sleep.

    I think if you sleep a lot tonight after having worked out it's more important than sleeping before the day you work out. It will effect you some but you will be fine. Keep in mind it's possible you'll burn out real quick and won't be abe to finish your workout.

    To me sometimes that is better than having to switch up days on my routine, or skip a day.

    Less study, more sleep + gym.

    Healthy body = healthy mind. + Studying is for people who don't know their stuff. I got my way through University doing 1-2 hours of homework a week. 3.13 GPA. Not bad for a 4 year program.

    That's usually the case for me, but calculus 2 over a five week summer session FTMFL
