I've been running about 1.5 weeks now...

    And I can finally do my two mile run easily without having to stop. Should I stay at the 2 mile mark for a while now or should I go ahead and step it up a notch?

    since 2 miles is easy for you, you need to step it up a notch.

    So do I keep extending the miles I run everytime it gets easier? 2 miles isn't a breeze for me, but I do feel I can go longer when I'm done.

    Yeah, my wedding. :o I don't want to be a fatty. I weight 130 lbs. now and I'd like to be 120 lbs. I actually don't even care if I go down a size I just want to tone up, but I absolutely hate doing muscle workouts. I like the running and I can already feel a difference in my body.

    I also do dips when I get back from running too because my arms are flabby and that's my main concern.

    That's what a lot are saying, but I don't want to. If I can already see some results from running only a week and a half than I'm going to keep it up. It's a great stress reliever for me as well.

    I've changed my diet too and I'm doing really well. I'm proud of myself. :)

    You're not going to get big and bulky. You should throw in some weight training.

    EDIT: It's good to see some females in here with goals that they're willing to work for. :)

    Yeah, I asked that question a while ago when I was taking this class at the gym and she said that women only get bulky if you are on steriods. :o

    I think I might try to use some dumbells or something when I come back from jogging, but I don't know what stuff I should do with them. I really want to focus on losing the flab on my arms. God, it's just so boring. :o

    You can't spot target fat. It's great that you're seeing results from the running you're doing, but adding weight traning can only help.

    I'm sure you're not trying to go 5x5s with heavy weight, so just pick up some dumbells and do some stuff. Do some bodyweight squats, some lunges, and some other crap like that until you get comfortable with the movements.
