I've been eating nothing but protein and VERY little carb for the past 2 weeks

    and I'm already getting sick of it... same old chicken or steak.. and lifting heavy... Other any other alternatives out there that I can cook without having the same texture and taste :rofl:.. fuck i need carbs.. i feel my body constantly getting hungry and never "full" :hsd:

    i'm trying to get rid of it...at 5'11 156 you figure i'm highly anorexic... thats not the case... looseskin and babi fat is all over my body

    I doubt that. You probably have very little muscle, which is causing you to look fatter than usual.

    you should have carbs in your diet. whole gain oatmeal, whole weat spegetti, sweet potatoes, green veggies, etc...

    hmmm... you think so? I dunno.. I use to be 230lbs :mamoru: I know i have loose skin. I did bench today and was able to muster bb 2 55 plates on each side 6 times.. I know its very little but i can see definition all around jsut not ripped for such a skinny frame...

    does not compute? Fat? I figure very low fat and carb diet will get rid of the current fat i have right now... trying to do a clean bulk.. :hsd:

    Horse meat is almost impossible to find in the US. You can go with other wild meats like elk, venison or wapiti.

    all protein and little carbs really dropped by bodyfat back in Sept. I am going to do it again in Feb

    8 boiled chicken breasts a day
    2 1lb bags of spinach
    10g fish oil

    Until your day looks like that, don't complain.



    Btw, thats the official contest prep diet of a local guy here. His conditioning is UNFUCKING real. For obvious reasons....

    Carbs up once every 2 weeks. Only diets like this for about 8-10 weeks. He sits around 8% bf year round.

    The best part is that he only lifts 2-3days a week during contest prep. Does nothing else but cardio and still ends up 220+ on stage:rofl:

    Fucking genetics.

    bro, I get it you're big and strong... YOU have to realize there are noobs like me that read the sticky and still have questions in the wonderful world of transforming your body into something that you thought was inevitable...I understand i'm dumb skinny/anorexic newb... I just don't understand why you have simple smart ass one liners in my thread all the time? Congrats on your conditioning (av)... but please if you really do not want to unleash your knowledge on BB and diet expertise just shut the fuck up.. simple :wavey:
