I've been back in the gym for a few weeks now

    I'm not looking to gain muscle, just lose some pounds and tone up and feel good.

    I'm eating solid, no junkfood, just quality carbs and protein and veggies and fruit. So far it's going good, I feel noticeably better. But I want to start taking multivitamins, fish oil, whatever makes you feel good in the long run.

    So what do you guys take, and why?

    8-12 fish oil caps daily for various reasons (joints, overall health)

    multivitamin for the same reasons

    whey protein cause sometimes I don't want to eat 300g of protein daily through chicken, eggs, and turkey alone... that would suck ass.

    DHA 120mg

    it's like 1-2 pieces of salmon.

    The only time I really eat red meat is when I eat out... I like ground turkey better when I'm making food at home and I'm not a huge fan of steaks.
