I've been 215lbs for as long as I can remember...

    I'm 6', 28 years old, and I eat nothing but crap. :o I wouldn't mind losing a little of my gut, but I really like eating bad foods (fast food, frozen pizza, pasta, ice cream, etc.) Are there any exercises I can do that will let me lose some gut without completely giving up my horrible food habits? :o :o :o

    start some... any sort of exercise.

    2. figure out your maintenance calories
    3. keep track of what you eat, eat below your maintenance calories
    4. lift weights at least 3x/week and do some cardio on your off days.

    there's no easy way to do this. like others said, slowly cut the crappy food out of your diet. replace them with healthier things. make it a lifestyle change rather than just a crash diet you do for a couple weeks and drop like a bad habit.

    i was fatass in highschool, ate tons of the shit you listed above. over time, i lost a total of 50 lbs. at my leanest point. it can be done, but you have to stay consistent with it.

    and make sure to read the stickies for more details.

    and i'm off my soapbox for the evening. :)
