    I'm pretty indifferent, the new design is alright, but the old was fine too.

    I personally don't like it. The placement of the volume slider just really irks me.

    I wonder if iTunes 5 is finally a Cocoa app?

    I dunno, but it appears that they FINALLY stopped using the Soundjam MP engine to playback mp3s and started using QuickTime... about fucking time too. Apple bought Soundjam MP and turned it into iTunes back when OS 9 was new :hsugh: The mp3 interpretation in that program was shit, crushed audio fidelity. The QT implementation is licensed directly from Fraunhofer and is basically the definitive "interpretation" of mp3 files, so to speak.
