    Just upgraded and noticed something odd. I'm not sure if it was like this in 4.9, but it was more obvious after the upgrade to 5.

    It "updated" the music library upon first launch and when I was thumbing through my music ALL of my Metallica & Might-Mighty Bosstones were unchecked. Just those 2 bands, but all of their albums. They all played fine and I simply rechecked the boxes.

    Anyone else notice something similar?

    I just updated to iTunes 5 and all my Metallica and Bosstones MP3s are still checked, and I've got massive collections of both.

    Oh sweet! Remember I posted a while back about making subplaylists to better organize shit? Like, I have a shitload of Soundtracks but don't want them all in the playlist menu. I want them in a folder called "Soundtracks" I can expand to show them all.

    iTunes 5 has that feature! :bowdown;

    Couldn't you do that in 4 with smart playlists?

    I'm looking at this folder thing and I really don't get the point. More organization, yeah. But there really isn't any good use for it. All songs still stay in the main library. Plus I really see no point in organizing playlists even further.

    If you were able to move songs from the library to folders, that would be GREAT.

    I still wish they would put a profile option or multiple librarys.

    v. 5 is so much faster searching my library of 9000 songs. App in general feels faster.

    smart shuffle is cool too. I like hearing 3 or 4 songs by the same band before switching.
