Today I felt really on in the gym. Everything felt good, all my exercises had increased weight, energy level felt good. After a hard workout I'm worn out but I feel great at the same time. Then I realized why I felt so good: I hadn't drank heavily the previous weekend like I usually do. It was a buddy's 21st birthday on Saturday so I went and had a few beers, but I didn't get shitfaced fucked in half drunk like I usually do. I'm going to take about a 2 month or so break of drinking and chasing women starting after tonight (it's the last day of classes ) - 1 of those months will be easy since I'll be home from school. I'm going to devote 2 straight months to serious gains. I have to stop fucking around and hit my bulking goal and get serious about training. I'll see where I'm at in 2 months and see if I want to continue this, or if it was total hell. I dunno.
