    hockey season's starting :noes:

    i'm gonna start playing ultimate fribee once a week too, right after ME leg day (for some sort of gpp). it's mostly all out sprinting, so its a good leg beating.

    & i'm not playing goalie this season, i'm centering. so i guess i get to care more about weight & less about agility :big grin:

    my proposed meal plan:
    wake up: banana & muscle milk
    workout: water w/bcaa & malto
    post workout: leanbody & ultrafuel (130g carbs, 45g protein)
    meal 1: oatmeal + hard boiled eggs + wheat toast w/butter
    meal 2: various beef or chicken + veggie + brown rice
    meal 3: uncle ben's rice bowl (chicken + veggie's + rice) with can of tuna added & fruit
    meal 4: varies, wheat pasta + veggie + some sorta meat
    hockey
    post hockey gatorade mixed with protein
    meal 5: hard boiled egg in salad
    meal 6: cottage cheese + sliced apple + sugar free jello

    this is gonna be rough. hockey 3x a week. & running twice.
    i'm gonna hafta up the dirty carbs like whoa.
