i put up 245 today on the flat bench, personal best!
Thought id share somewhere.
i did that as warmup today

Good work man. Just keep moving foreward. After you get 225 it moves pretty smoothly foreward upto 300 or so.
245 is nothing to be ashamed of, good going man.
(don't listen to this that's what i warm up with shit, even the biggest guys on this forum maxed at 245 at some point in the past)
