    2007 Ultra Silver Metallic Cobalt SS Supercharged.

    Only mod is a cold air intake, giving me approx 220whp. 29 years old with a government job and a house and a family. Not rich by any means.

    Bought with the low rise wing, changed to the high rise stock after a few weeks

    let the flaming begin

    I like those cars, but you should've waited for the 2008 :(. Turbo & 260hp.

    Yours is VERY clean though :) I hope you enjoy it!

    Those really aren't bad cars, but i would rather the MS3 because of the room and obvious performance advantages.....I ran with one on the interstate from 70-120ish a couple times and I would put a car on it in 3rd gear and that gap held till we shut off. I was impressed. They also are built much better than the cavalier they replaced.

    Well its a lease, so I probably will keep it mostly stock. for the price of the Stage 2, its a very tempting upgrade.

    More power can be had from a turbo, but I like the instant boost of an S/C. Since it spins with the motor, all that is required is for the bypass valve to slam shut. Zero lag. :cool:

    :eek4: for some reason the profile reminds me of a G35 coupe. :hsd:

    OP, there's worse rides out there for sure. At least you're responsible and not ruining your family by driving a Vette you can't (or at least shouldn't) afford. I'm sure it's fun to drive. Too bad you can't mod it much though, due to the lease. I dont know squat about those motors..cant you just throw a smaller pulley on there? Is Chevy really gonna notice when u take it for servicing?

    FWIW, your car has the same steering wheel as a C6 vette :mamoru: silly GM

    The motor is solid as a rock, they put a lot of effort into this one, way underpowered so you cant break anything, no matter how hard you are on it.

    There is a stage 2 upgrade right from GM for about a grand. good for another 35-40WHP. smaller pully, larger injectors, and a tune. I would go that way if I wanted to mod it, and its warrantied!!

    Hell, even the S/C'd ones are fairly quick, and the styling & build quality are light-years beyond the Cavalier it replaced.
