    Yeah so I lost the bet, whatever, you can see the progress I made though.
    And I know there were other people in on this, I forget who, but whoever it was should post their progress pics here as well.

    Yeah I wish I had the relaxed pic from 3 months ago, but I dont.

    These are from about 3 weeks ago, fat loss slowed way down so I'm back up to 3000 calories for 2 - 4 weeks before going back down to 1800:

    I thought the old ones were the new ones, you looked better in those. Unless its just the lighting and flexing that makes you look bigger.

    210 down to 202ish, i've not lost any size in my arms, and barely any strength.

    I've lost probably ~3 inches around my waste, my face is drastically leaner as well as everything on my body, legs to shoulders. I've easily gone from about 12% - about 8%

    And the top ones look like they do because the lighting was good and I didnt have to hold the camera so I could flex more. I will get Mike to take some pics of me later on in that same lighting and post those.

    Yeah it's probably the lighting and poses, you just look thicker in general in the first one.

    Nice work on the diet though if you managed to kill 4 inches off your waist.

    Just consistency, the whole diet from start to finish was about 12 weeks long. It was a slow process, I mean it doesnt come off too fast when you're that low but also I stayed around 1800 - 2200 and my metabolism isnt that fast so I had to just keep it going for as long as the fat kept coming off, but I'm not even about to crash diet.

    Its probably not quite four inches, i'd say ~3" actually.

    Oh no not at all. My goal was to be under 8% and I still havent reached it. See my metabolism is pretty slow so its not hard for me to bulk up, its hard for me to lean out. So right now my goal is to be as lean as possible just to see if I can do it, I've never had a visible 6 pack. Plus I can look good for summer, and I do.

    Looking good bro. Either way your doing a good job. You will get your abs if you stick with it. I had the same goal you did. To get as lean as possible and I'm almost there. Good job
