    i took a chunk out of my knuckle somehow & didn't even care till the next day.

    yeah i got these weird scratch marks on my shoulders from using the standing calf raise. I hope they go away soon.

    I killed my fucking neck when I fell of an Ab Ball once...everyone in the gym was look at me like :ugh: :mamoru:

    YEA ME TOO. I don't think they are scratches though. I think its the blood vesals actually breaking from the presure or something like that.

    Some smoke chick was walking by when I was taking off 2 - 10 pound plates off a BB at the same time and one slipped and landed on my foot. Hurt like a bitch. Didn't break though.

    yeah I was like wtf when I got home to take a shower. I am like the skin is smooth, it can't be a scrath. I was like maybe I burst some blood veseels.

    I was doing shoulder presses with dumbbells once on a day I was tired and when I set them down on my knees I kinda DROPPED em on there, bruiseing my thigh. Didn't notice till two days later, it was really annoying.

    When I put dumbbells back on the rack, sometimes I let the dumbbell lean on my wrist, and it always hits one specific part making it sore after my workout.
