    some guy benching 315 no problem goes about his buisiness doing chest/tris. while i was DLing i saw him come over and squat 90lbs on the smith machine, struggling on his last set. wtf is wrong with people i really cant understand this mentality. :wtf:

    and yes i know this thread is useless

    Legs are more fun though! And they do get noticed (when I wear shorts). I've been told it looks like i have cancer in my calves. :mamoru: :mamoru:

    I've always thought that because people feel legs more in the quads and hamstrings which are normally covered by shorts they feel less need to work them. Now that guys pants are getting tighter I bet more guys in gyms will be hitting legs.

    I've always hated working legs, I dread that day of the week. I guess I'm not "hardcore" enough :run:

    my legs get noticed...they get referred to as "chicken legs".

    I squat 2x a week and DL once a week now.

    I have stretch marks all on the insides of my legs from finally starting to do them as often as I should and seeing growth. :hs:

    They're still skinny, but I'm working on it.

    I jacked my knee a couple months ago, and start working lower body back in next week. People at the gym always ask me why i never work lower body. :wtc:

    I guess the big ass hinged knee brace is not a give-away.

    Me too. I played soccer for most of my life (12 years) and the coach made us train our legs so much my jeans where always tight around the thigh and loose around the waist :rofl:

    45 degree green band holds, 2x

    I can barely walk up and down stairs today.

    I was suprised to go to the gym yesterday and actually have to wait to get a squat rack. And after I was done this hot ass chick came up behind me and asked if i was done.

    There wasn't anyone curling in the rack either.
