It's been three days since I last lifted.. I'm still sore

    First time I've gotten time at the gym in a semester... My triceps and pecs especially are still sore.. does that mean I overworked or am I just needing to get in the swing of things?

    My legs are sore from monday still, but that's the only muscle group that ever stays sore for more than a few days.

    it happens

    thats my leg's for a couple of day's after doing pur's routine, with BCAA supp during and lots of food after.

    When I started back, I could barely walk for about a week and a half straight. Don't stop lifting just because you are sore. If you're hurt or injured, take a day off. I don't think soreness has ever killed anyone, though.
