How has everyone been? I've been lurking as usual posting here and there. I need help to get back on the wagon. Some of you know me and some of you don't. Its been a while since I talked to some of you. A little to catch up on me, I've been working at NIH in Bethesda MD since May of last year but no longer owrk there. When I started work there I was 270lbs. I'm 5'10" tall. Well I had a desk job doing computer stuff and was stagnet and didn't move around much unless it was fixing something and such. I became more lazy then I was and I gained alot of weight. I am now back to 335lbs. I didn't realize how big I got cause I am pretty active I guess you could say. As of a month ago I lost my job at NIH and I am now currently unemployed and looking for an IT job in the DC Metro area. I really didn't realize I had gotten so big until I went for an interview and I couldn’t button my suit jacket up and I flipped out. I'd like if you could post a 3 day split for me, working out mon wed and friday with the days between I'll do cardio. I now have the time to go to the gym. Nick which one were you looking at down here in nova? I think I might join the fitness first in tysons corner. As for food I went out and got a foreman grill copy by some other company that has removable plates and has a clock timer on it so you can set it on like 10 mins and digns when its done and shuts itself off, there was a dorm fire at gw cause a kid made someone on a foreman and he fell asleep so I thought it would be a good idea. I also went and bought like 10 bags of this viola beef stir fry stuff its like 11grams of carbs total. I'll be doing the chicken thing again with tuna and cold cuts and cheese and what not tryign to eat somewhat low carb while carbing up every now and then. I've been watching what I’ve been eating and I lost like 3 lbs in the past week. Hopefully the new job I have will be more active; a couple of the jobs I'm looking at have free gym passes and stuff. As of right now I weight 335lbs and my bf is above 40 i know that. When I get down to 330 I can check my bf, my scale with the bf thing on it doesn't go past 330. I was going to post pics and start a log but as things have been progressing with some of my websites I'm kind of widely known now in some circles so I won't be posting pictures anymore, maybe when I get to a good weight but I will be taking pictures just not posting them. I started a log already. It would be good to get the broly mentality back into swing and being off from work woll give me the ability to go to the gym everyday since I'm not technically doing anything except working on my websites and waiting for contractor and companies to call me back about my resume. I'd appreciate any advice you guys have and yes I have read the stickys. I will be more active in here as well, i will also be posting daily or weekly with the daily weight updates in the log forum.
