So my new roommate is a body builder and is big into a good diet, he also likes to cook.

My normal diet is a mix of fast food, pizza and Subway. The last three days since he has moved in I've eaten great. Vegetables, good meats, potatoes, etc... I feel freakin' fantastic. He said it was fine if I just threw him some money every week for groceries and he would cook.

He even has a scale to measure out the right portions. I don't really follow that though, I just eat until I'm full. Hes helping me get my diet under control so I don't suck at making weight for my next fight. I'm about 173-175 in the mornings, trying to get that down to 165 walking weight. No more soda, no more fast food and ramping up my workouts again.

[Hillary]My cardio felt great last night working out, even though I spent the majority of my time rolling with a 285lbs grizzly bear named Ted that was throwing me around like a rag doll. [ /Hillary]

    .

I don't touch fast food anymore or soda, and am chugging back water almost at any given moment, I feel nothing like my old self. If I stopped the alcohol consumption on weekends I would feel even better, but that won't happen. :o

    Do you drink Tim?

Pizza and Subway aren't fast food?

You don't have a "mix", you just eat fast food!

    probably 8 months :o

I hate working clinch with wrestlers. They want to go 100%, so then 30 minutes in, your neck is dead, they arms are gassed, and you have 30 minutes of useless drilling.

I like how you're so honest about that shit. That sounds like a pretty awesome roommate to have. How come you got a roommate though? Are you not paying nothing for that place anyway?

Oh nice, that's awesome. Eating healthy is expensive as hell. I guess it's cause they mass produce so much of that garbage that is out there it becomes cheap, but fuck trying to buy anything organic especially meat is retardedly expensive.
