OK, so first of all, ignore the state of the house- currently refurbing a nicer place and then moving our stuff out. Trying to do what needs to be done in this house first, like ripping out carpet.

Anyway, I have these two big boxes in my dining room:

Ooh, full size Iron Man bust :wackit:

And here's one of them in the box:

Again, don't mind the mess on the counter, etc.

They look nice with the lights on:

    Another shot:

    And in the dark:

It will go nicely with this, from my Fiance on Christmas 2007, don't mind the fingerprints lol:

    Opened this box last Christmas:

    These things are addictive:

They look cool on the shelf and will need some more soon:

She got me this but it doesn't ship til February:

While I'm whoring pix, here's Iron Man taking off:

    Demon in a Bottle statue:

    Some new Peter Parker statues:

    My lunchboxes:

Picked up a copy of Amazing Spiderman 6 recently. Nice copy, lots of cover gloss, minimal Marvel Chipping and a solid copy. Paid over 24% less than Overstreet.

Some original art, signed to me by the artist- gonna want to add more original art soon and maybe some commissioned works as well- we'll see.

    Anyway, that's my thread :)

Mighty Mugs. They're almost about a hand tall (Yeah, can't come up with something better :dunno:). It's like as tall as a PSP. That make better sense?
    You can just google them.

I got a Dr Doom one for christmas from Nader_D and it's really fucking

Thanks guys- yeah, the Demon in a Bottle statue is cool as hell- also got a really good price on that

PS, I was supposed to get two more of the Iron Man statues, but they're enourmous and I didn't want them taking up any more room.

No idea, but some of them are quite cool. I'm sure you can find some collection or two at ebay for cheap.

By the way, Iron Man head is just pure win
    I might get one

in on comic statue crew :hsd: gotta get pics of my stuff but im a Thor fan myself
got the hard heroes statue, bowen classic, battle armor thor bust, regular diamond select thor bust, bowen loki bust, bowen destroyer armor thor bust. and a diamond select prop replica thor hammer 132/1000.

was trying to get a odin bust but the comic shop sold his right when i had the money :( and i gave up on the wizard world exclusive beta ray bill bust for now. im always out bid on ebay for the damn thing

busts are easier to display (minimal room for teh lose) and i prefer them over full statues

What'll be nice is the new place will have shelving all around the tops of the walls in the kitchen and living rooms, which will be perfect to display all my geek stuff

Not everyone's taste- I'll probably let the tenants reface them if they like.

I've been eye balling that Iron Man bust for some time now, I don't ever buy stuff like that, is it worth it? I was going to put it in my living room with my movies. Can you turn the eyes on and off or do you have to unplug it?

It's worth it to me- I'm finally at a time in my life when I can buy stuff like this and it's not a hardship. There's a switch on the back of the base to turn the eyes on and off. The eyes are LED's, so no big worry in having to replace bulbs for a long time (hopefully).
