It's 8:30pm and I've eaten 450 calories today

    Viral infection. I hate being ill. Total lack of appetite and energy. Tried doing a "super-shake" (oats, natty peanut butter, whey, milk etc) but it made me feel like puking.

    I couldn't get out of bed and my muscles and joints are aching like crazy.

    I've been quite run down for a while actually - have lost my appetite recently and struggle down about 2500kcal a day which is nowhere near enough. I've only managed about 1 workout per week for the last 2-3 weeks too.
    And now I'm ill which fucking sucks.

    Anyone else go through periods where they lose all motivation and their appetite? What did you do about it? Or am I just being a pussy little girl about it? (no offence to the girls who could kick my ass)

    i just got stitches under my lips, & bit through my tongue during the same injury on saturday. needless to say, i've been hungry for 4 days now :mad:

    When I had wisdom teeth out I did not crave food at all. But I still made sure I stuffed shit down my throat.

    I try to take MRP shakes when I dont' have an appetite

    The last couple weeks I could eat breakfast and then have nothing until 5pm without feeling hungry at all. Fucking SUCKS!

    Sorry, just need to vent a bit :(

    I'm just going to have to man up, start logging on fitday properly and FORCING myself to drink 1000kcal shakes.
