Man, I agree with you 110%, been there done that MANY TIMES. Though in everything you do and overcome I think about it as scar tissue. Its a little tougher there now, and there is always a simple reminder of what NOT to do next time.

As for sitting outside at night... I have a friend with a sailboat that im crew on. So relaxing to set up a hammoc on deck with the rigging lines and just watch the world go by, I usually end up falling asleep there too

this post reminded me of a song, called roll me away, it touches upon the options which we have on life, like you could employ a gardner or do it yourself or, as you have done, just ignore it, maybe listen to it

Aww fuck man, I was writing a nice post to try and help you out but when I clicked "go advanced" I got a page not found and lost everything. I'm too lazy to type it all again but here's the cliffs:

    1. Don't let your problems pile up and become overwhelming. In the end they'll end up tying you down when you finally find what makes you happy.

    2. If you miss the opportunity at your dream life because you've let your problems pile up you will regret it terribly. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE! Regret is perhaps the most terrible thing in life. :hs:

    3. Keep at your job, even if you hate it. Be the best you can be. Change requires money. It will be a lot easier to change to your dream life if you have some money to invest in it.

    That's about it :hs:
    Good luck.

I get you on the letting goals go and settling for mediocrity I guess I do the same thing. I just have the same mentality where I just end up saying "eh, nothing wrong with settling for a little bit less." Natural tendancy I guess.

It's really something to sit out here and watch as the clouds change and the moon shines through them.

I liked this post and it spoke volumes as well as made me smile.
Nothing like introspection in the early morning hours and taking pause to watch the clouds...

    Bravo to you.

And alas you have what probably defines each and every person differently. Some of use are more dilligent and your problem situation is just another weekend day to them to get it finished. Some of us may queston the situation and wonder if it could change or get better. Probably some of use would just give up all together. Personally Im the type that just keeps on chugging through life hitting shit that tries to stop me because I know once I let my guard down it is downhill from there.
