work = 70 hours a week, I am getting owned right now.
Now I'm just going to lift as heavy as I can while in a minor caloric deficit (2300cals) with a 40/40/20 split. I'd like to shed the last few pounds around my mid section and then lift while making shit progress for the rest of my life so long as I don't get fat during a bulk cycle.
