It really pisses me off at the gym when ...

    ... people do dumbbell exersices right up against the weight rack (whether it be shruggs, curls, etc). All it takes is a step or two back so other people needing the wieght in front or near the person can get to it. Stop being a lazy fuck and grab a bench or move back.

    Does this piss anyone else off?

    Yeah but people usually get out of my way.

    I do the same for other people if I'm doing shrugs or something in front of the rack and someone needs to walk by.

    i dont know about you, but i find it kinda hard to walk around with 100lb DBs in each hand while doing shrugs

    they are shorter in length than what you use for farmers walk. if you tip them one way or another, they are harder to control.

    thats as high as they go at the gym i work out at now

    Our rec only goes up to 100 lbs, I'm getting close to halfway there!

    i graduated last august. i worked out at youngs in auburn on south college. the DBs went up to 130 there i think

    their was this man who pulled a flat bench right in front of the db rack doing db bench and other bs for a good 20min.

    no one said anything...theres 2 db racks here.



    but me, i pull a bench and place my db's on it.
