I've got a new carbine in 45 I'd been waiting on to come in, picked it up a week ago, still haven't shot it. At prices like that, I won't be shooting it for a while

I'm comforted by the fact that I'll be able to shoot my 1911 this weekend. I like my M&P, but I've got to get some quality time with the .45.

That's just plain blasphemy, I estimate you have about 43 minutes before JMB returns to earth to smite thee.

That's what I was doing, or rather not doing. Couldn't take it anymore.

From what I've been reading reloading components are running a lil dry too. Besides between my two sons, my damn job, my wife, 6 mistresses, building houses for the homeless, crafting surfboards from scratch, and shooting when would I have time to reload. :dunno:

cx4 storm. got one in 9, love it, but wanted one in 45. And while I'd love an HK, they're just too damned expensive...since I am unemployed and all

I've been thinking of getting the Px4 in .45 as well. The 9 and .40 shoot very well and accurate. And I was surprised how well it fit my hand and points. It has the slide mounted safety, but they offer a mod that slims it down so it's not so pointy.

I bought a car to keep from buying ammo.

The car was expensive, but it has kept me occupied.

My buddy Mitch ordered primers last week when Cabela's had LPP in stock and received a UPS delivery confirmation that his order shipped today. I haven't looked very hard, but when I drove to the two stores in my area that normally sold primers, they both had them in stock, at 24.99, the other place was a little worst at 34.99.

    Even at todays prices:

    124gn Montana Gold CMJ's: 74.99 per 1k
    Winchester SPP: 34.99 per 1k
    brass: free
    Tightgroup Powder: 16.99

    126.97 per 1k rounds of 9mm

How much was walmart selling 100 packs of 9mm for nowadays?
