IT crew need halp!!!

    motherboard won't post BIOS.
    building new cpu. plugged everything in, then by parts. nothing changed.
    went back to store, replaced the motherboard, still nothing.
    it came as a combo with the chip so i don't think they are incompatable.

    Asus M2NPV-VM NVIDIA® GeForce™ 6150 + nFroce™ 430
    Socket AM2 mATX Motherboard


    is the board btw.

    re-check all connections.
    check if ram is compatible. some mobos are just picky with ram.
    reset cmos.

    if it still won't post,...
    unassemble everything, put mobo above a cardboard box, re-seat cpu/heatsink, install only 1 stick of ram, vid card, 1 hdd,hook up power supply cables,... then try to boot. (Booting the mobo outside the case will resolve grounding issues.)
