    I've no trouble gaining mass elsewhere.

    Should I focus more on triceps or biceps? What exercises?

    make sure you take in no more than 1500 calories. for workouts, just do 3 sets of 500 bicep curls.

    triceps - dips, close-grip bench press, overhead extensions
    biceps - barbell curls, preacher curls, incline db curls

    What kind of increase in size have you seen from doing this on a specific arm day and how long did you do this routine for......

    i don't do a specific arm day, but then again...i don't have large arms.

    back/triceps
    chest/biceps
    legs/shoulders

    a part of the arm is being hit every day with that 3 day split

    just becareful of elbows an tendon issues on tricep days. I cant do nose breakers an sometimes close grips are too much. Train smart.

    side question, are the claims that carpal tunnel can be associated with close grip bench something to worry about?

    No...but one mistake a lot of people make is putting their hands too close together, they should be about 14" apart—this prevents unnecessary wrist strain

    man i'm so fuckign sick of my skinny as shitty arms. I train the fuck out of them and they are strong but still no mass.

    You have to gain about 15 lbs to put an inch on your arms

    my tricep day is nothing great, i do alot of pushdowns, hammer dips, reverse grip push downs and either a overhead rope ext or a straight ext machine if my elbows allow it.
