I recently took pics of traffic on the freeway at night with a slow shutter speed.(I'd post but don't know how). I'm looking for other ideas for pictures to take with a slow shutter speed. Any ideas welcome. Thanks in advance.

Try taking some of small flowing streams as the water flows gently over rocks, or maybe even a waterfall.

leave the camera open all night, pointed up at the stars, you'll get a cool effect of the world moving, but it has to be clear all night, and use the surroundings to give a reference point

I think I can only leave my shutter speed open for a maximum of 5 minutes (Nikon CP 5700)....unless someone knows otherwise.

The star idea is really cool. You could try taking a walk around your neighbourhood at night, you might find something photogenic....or get mugged.
